The meeting aimed to promote activities and maximize the role of the abovementioned organizations, preparing for the establishment and consolidation of the other ones. The participants have discussed those difficulties facing during their working process and proposed the solutions in accordance with the actual situation of VKIST.
Overview of the meeting
On that basis, both sides have reached a consensus on those following issues:
- Communist Party Cell: Continue to cooperate with the Communist Party Cell of MOST to complete related procedure of its establishment; Consider establishing the Labor Union Cell in every Division of VKIST to assure the two-way communication among the Provisional Executive Committee of VKIST Labor Union and Labor Union members as well as promptly inform them of tasks and members of committees and unions under VKIST.
- Labor Union: Consider establishing the Labor Union Cell in every Division of VKIST to assure the work efficiency and effectiveness.
- The People's Inspection Committee should promote its role in supervising and managing the implementation of policies and laws of employees and the settlement of complaints and denunciations.
- Prepare to establish the Youth Union of VKIST.
On behalf of VKIST leaders, Mr. Phuong Thien Thuong - Vice President acknowledged the comments of the participants. The meeting obtained valuable ideas to create a premise for the activities of committees and unions under VKIST. He also suggested that it is necessary to operate according to Decree No. 04/2015/ND-CP dated January 9, 2015 on implementing democracy in the operation of the State administrative agencies and public non-business units and put the content of Directive 05-CT/TW on promoting the movement "Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style" into activities.
