The last capacity building program in 2021 of VKIST

Within the framework of the VKIST Project, VKIST have cooperated with KIST to organize the last capacity building program for administrative staff and researchers from November 25th to 26th, 2021 at Intercontinental Hanoi (Landmark 72).

The capacity building program consisted of online lectures delivered by KIST experts together with offline lectures of the Vietnamese experts.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Huy from Vietnam Silicon Valley (VSV) shared lots of information about the VSV model as well as experience in operating and expanding business accelerator models to incubators and start-up incubation centers.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Giang from Administration Division at VKIST held a workshop on soft skills (including problem-solving skills, teamwork skills and resilience)

In addition to the offline lectures, participants also attended the online lectures from KIST experts

Group discussion sessions were held during the program to practice teamwork skills and create cohesion among VKIST members
