The capacity building program consisted of online lectures delivered by KIST experts together with offline lectures of the Vietnamese experts.

Mr. Phuong Thien Thuong – Head of Biotechnology Division with a lecture on “How VKIST members work to contribute to the development of science and technology of Vietnam”
Ms. Hoang Hien Hau – Head of Administration Division with a lecture on “Communication skills, working attitude and the work flow at VKIST to enhance the productivity and professionalism at work”
Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Head of Planning and Coordination Division with a lecture on “R&D management mechanism in relation to the project implementation at VKIST”
Mr. Pham Hong Quat – Head of National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (Ministry of Science and Technology) with a lecture on “Open innovation platform – International Practices and Vietnam’s opportunity to bridge the ecosystem’s gap”
Mr. Pham Ngoc Huy from Vietnam Silicon Valley (VSV) shared lots of information about the VSV model as well as experience in operating and expanding business accelerator models to incubators and start-up incubation centers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Giang from Administration Division at VKIST held a workshop on soft skills (including problem-solving skills, teamwork skills and resilience)
In addition to the offline lectures, participants also attended the online lectures from KIST experts
Group discussion sessions were held during the program to practice teamwork skills and create cohesion among VKIST members
At the end of 2-day program, participants were awarded certificates of merit.
