This conference continues to affirm the message of Hanoi People's Committee in continuously creating an investment environment in a clear and transparent manner, in line with the process of international integration; create the most favorable conditions for long-term business investors in the Capital as well as create a link with the Northern key economic region, the Red River Delta region and the Hanoi capital region. One of the specific actions here is that from August 1, 2018, Hanoi City will support the full cost and utility services in the process of establishing businesses. Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung said: “When setting up a business, you only need to make the online declaration. The whole procedure will be resolved and delivered via courier to your home. ”
At the conference, Hanoi city and related units awarded investment decisions / investment registration certificates to 71 projects with a total investment capital of VND 397,335 billion VND (equivalent to more than 17 billion USD), including the following investment projects in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park:
1. Investment projects of NIDEC Group, Japan with the objective of researching and manufacturing high-performance small electric motors and small speed reducers with high precision with a total investment of about 9100 billions dong.
The Prime Minister awarded the Investment Registration Certificate to NIDEC Group.
2. Investment project of KOVA Paint Co., Ltd. with the goal of researching and producing high-quality, environmentally friendly specialized nano paint with a total investment of VND 862 billion.
3. Investment project of WIDIA SHINKI Vietnam Co., Ltd. with the goal of researching and manufacturing products and systems of high precision cutting tools with a total investment of VND 339 billion.
4. Investment project of International Education Investment and Management Joint Stock Company with the goal of building a high quality training system according to international standards in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park with a total investment capital of 255 billions dong.
The Minister of Science and Technology shall grant investment registration certificates / investment policy decisions to a number of projects.
Thus, with the above projects, up to now, there are 85 valid investment projects in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park with a total investment of about 76.745 billion VND.
