Conference of cadres, civil servants, public employees and labor contract in 2021 at VKIST

With the aim of reviewing the activities in 2021 and developing the plan in 2022, VKIST has recently organized the first Conference of cadres, civil servants, public employees and labor contract in 2021.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Conference was held offline at VKIST’s headquarters with the online connection. The participant included Mr. Bui The Duy –President of VKIST, Mr. Phuong Thien Thuong – Vice President of VKIST and all members.

Overview of the Conference

At the Conference, a Presidium was elected including VKIST Leader and representatives of the Interim Executive Committee of VKIST Labor Union. The agenda included Activity report in 2021 and Plan in 2022; Report on emulation and commendation result in 2021 and emulation plan in 2022; Summary of the Salary regulations and some amendments of the Internal Expenditure Regulations; Financial Report in 2021.

Based on the reports, all participants have discussed lively and contributed their opinions to improving the working environment for VKIST staff as well as the work efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the success of VKIST in 2022.

After that, the Presidium organized a referendum voting to approve the Salary Regulations, Amended Internal Expenditure Regulations and other contents reported at the Conference. 100% of participants agreed with the aforementioned contents.

At the Conference, VKIST Leaders and the Labor Union launched an emulation movement with the theme "VKIST - solidarity, discipline, innovation and development". The Conference approved the Resolution and encouraged all staff to continue promoting the sense of responsibility; improving their efficiency and effectiveness at work; strictly abiding by the law and labor discipline; promoting the practice of thrift while fighting against corruption and waste; actively participating in the charity activities and those initiated by unions and society. Each Division and individual need to develop their own plans with detailed objectives and tasks; constantly improve their professional capacity and work quality; reinforce the coordination with other Divisions and individuals; improve the quality of advice and suggestions to leaders aiming to realize the goals in 2022.

Accordingly, in 2022, VKIST will continue to enhance the sense of collective responsibility as well as the role of leaders in implementing the annual plan with the highest quality. VKIST aims to develop a good model of operational system with well-functioning divisions. VKIST sets the goal that all staff will get the title of Advanced Laborer in 2022, of which 15% will get the title Emulation Fighter at VKIST-level. Additionally, VKIST will endeavor to become Advanced Labor Collective. 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees at VKIST will try their best to improve their political and professional qualifications as well as strictly follow the Resolutions and policies of the Communist Party and the State. 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees at VKIST will actively participate in the collective activities and abide by the rules and regulations of the Institute.

In addition, the Conference elected a People's Inspection Committee with 03 members who have qualified capacity and merits to perform the assigned tasks with the best quality.

Speaking at the Conference, President Bui The Duy highly appreciated and praised the achievements of all VKIST staff in 2021. Furthermore, VKIST President urged each individual to strengthen their sense of responsibility at work as well as improve their work quality in an effort to promote the emulation movement of VKIST in 2022.
