At the ceremony, there were Mr. Tran Van Nghia, Head of Organization Department of MOST Party Committee and Mr. Tran Duc Trung – Deputy Chief of MOST Party Committee, and Party members of VKIST.
VKIST has been established since 2017. At the early stage of its formation, VKIST was not qualified to establish its own Party Cell; therefore, Party members at VKIST have been jointly taking part in Party activities with Party Cell of the Administration – Archive Department under MOST Party Committee. Until now, VKIST is eligible to establish its Party Cell with 13 members.
Overview of the ceremony
At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Duc Trung announced the Decision No. 234/QD-DU dated April 13, 2022 on establishing the Party Cell of VKIST under MOST Party Committee. On behalf of MOST Party Committee, Mr. Tran Van Nghia officially granted the Decision to a representative of VKIST Party Cell.

At the ceremony, on behalf of MOST Party Committee, Mr. Tran Van Nghia and Mr. Tran Duc Trung congratulated VKIST and urged VKIST Party Cell to promptly settle down and develop the plan on strengthening its organizational structure following the provisions of the Party’s Charter and guiding documents of the Central Committee. Besides, VKIST Party Cell needs to develop working regulations of its Executive Committee as well as delegate the responsibilities for Party members and develop new members in an attempt to build a strong Party Cell working towards the political tasks assigned by MOST Party Committee. At the same time, all Party members in VKIST Party Cell should uphold the spirit of solidarity and work together to overcome difficulties in order to successfully carry out the assigned political tasks.
On behalf of VKIST Party members, Mr. Phuong Thien Thuong, thanked MOST Party Committee for their support and facilitation during the past time. Mr. Thuong also emphasized the determination of VKIST Party Cell in the coming time to strive for building a stronger organization that is able to fulfill the assigned tasks, especially in applied research.
