Council of Vietnam - Korea Institute of Science and Technology (VKIST)
The Institute Council is the competent authority to decide the development strategy; Research orientation; Structure of organization; President of the Institute and supervise the Institute's activities.
The Institute Council consists of a leader of the Ministry of Science and Technology who is the Chairman of the Council, other members are representatives of ministries, scientists and business.
