KIST expert: Dr. Lee Sang – Bae is the main researcher of KIST in researching about the dispersal of photons in Photonics.
After the working session with President Kum Dongwha about directions of the research cooperation in the upcoming time between two Institutes. KIST expert had the schedule to visit and work at the construction site in Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park.

Ending the short business trip, expert Lee Sang – Bae was able to grasp the operation situation and works under the deployment of VKIST in the current time. Base on those realistic activities, the expert will have practical ideas and proposal to further tighten the bond between two Research Institute.
